AI that does the work, not just the demo
We design, build and run AI systems on your own data: assistants that answer from your documentation, agents that clear repetitive work, and the retrieval layer underneath that keeps the answers correct.
What you actually get
Three things, built in this order, because an assistant with no retrieval layer underneath it invents answers.
Assistants on your own content
A support or internal assistant that answers from your documents, your policies and your product, and cites the source every time. When it cannot find a source it says so instead of guessing.
Automation that removes hours
The repetitive path between two systems: read a document, extract the fields, check them, write the result somewhere. It runs unattended and escalates to a person when it is unsure.
Visibility inside AI answers
People ask an assistant before they open a search engine. We make your content the thing it quotes, and we measure that weekly rather than assert it.
How we work
Small, paid, provable. You own the output at every step, including the code.
One call to scope it
We map the task, the data it needs and the systems it touches, then say plainly whether AI is the right tool. Sometimes it is not, and we tell you.
A working pilot, fixed price
One narrow use case, built end to end on your real data, in two to four weeks. Measured against the manual process it replaces, not against a demo.
Run it, or take it
We host and maintain it, or we hand over the repository and the documentation and your team runs it. No lock-in either way.
What we hand over
Not a slide deck. A running system, its source, and the evidence that it works.
Your content, made answerable
Most AI projects fail here, not at the model. Your documents are split, indexed and permission tagged before a model ever sees them. This is the part that decides whether the answer holds up in front of a customer, and it is the part we build first.
Where your people meet it
A widget on your site, a panel inside your admin, a Slack or WhatsApp bot, or an API your own product calls. Same engine underneath. We build the surface your users are already in rather than asking them to learn a new one.
Numbers, not impressions
Before we call a pilot successful we measure it against the process it replaced: how many questions it answered without a human, how often it refused correctly, and how much time came back. If the numbers are not there we say so.
The repository
Source, prompts, infrastructure config and the deployment workflow, in your own organisation from day one.
The documentation
How it works, how to change it, and what breaks it. Written for your developers, not for us.
The evaluation set
The question and answer pairs we test against, so a future change can be proven not to make it worse.
A support window
Thirty days after handover where we fix anything that came from our build, at no extra cost.
Questions we get first
No. Your content stays in your own database and is passed to the model only at the moment a question is asked. We use providers whose terms exclude training on API traffic, and we name the provider in writing before you sign anything.
A fixed price, agreed after the scoping call once we know the data and the systems involved. We quote one number for the pilot rather than an hourly rate, so the risk of it taking longer sits with us.
Then we say so on the first call and you have lost an hour. A rules engine, a better form or a fixed report is often cheaper and more reliable, and we would rather tell you that than sell a pilot that disappoints.
You do. The repository, the prompts, the data and the documentation are yours. If you want to take it in house after the pilot we hand it over and help your team pick it up.
The SEO & GEO AI Engine is our own product, sold by subscription at seo.neogenio.ai. This page is agency work: systems we build for you, on your data, released under your name.
Tell us the task,
not the technology
Describe the work you want removed. In one call we will tell you whether it can be, what it would cost, and how long it takes.
