The work that repeats, done without you
We connect the systems you already use and let the boring path between them run itself: read a document, pull the fields, check them, write the result. It escalates to a person only when it is unsure.
What you actually get
Not a demo that works once. A flow that runs every day and tells you when it cannot.
Flows that run unattended
The repetitive path between two systems, wired end to end: a trigger, the steps in between, and the write at the end. It runs on a schedule or on an event, without anyone pressing start.
Reporting that writes itself
The numbers you copy into a spreadsheet every week, pulled and formatted on their own and sent where you read them. Same shape every time, no manual step to forget.
A human step where it counts
When a value looks wrong or confidence is low, the flow stops and asks a person instead of guessing. You decide where that line sits.
How we work
Small, paid, provable. You own the flow and its credentials at every step.
One call to map it
We walk the task as it happens today, the systems it touches and the fields it moves, then say plainly whether it is worth automating.
A working flow, fixed price
One process, built end to end on your real accounts, in two to four weeks. Measured against the manual version it replaces.
Run it, or take it
We host and monitor it, or we hand over the workflow and the credentials and your team runs it. No lock-in either way.
What we hand over
A running flow, its wiring, and the log that proves what it did.
Your systems, connected
The trigger, every step in between and the final write, laid out so a person can read it. Built on your own n8n and your own credentials, not on an account you cannot see into.
Where a person steps in
The rules that decide when the flow proceeds on its own and when it pauses for a human. You set the threshold; the flow respects it and records the decision.
Every run, accounted for
Each run is logged with what came in, what it did and what it wrote, so a mistake is traceable and a good run is provable. Nothing happens that you cannot inspect later.
The workflow
The flow itself, on your own n8n instance, with every node visible and editable by your team.
The credentials
Held in your accounts, scoped to what the flow needs and nothing more. We never keep a copy.
The run log
A record of every execution, its input and its output, so you can audit what the automation actually did.
A support window
Thirty days after handover where we fix anything that came from our build, at no extra cost.
Questions we get first
Sometimes, yes. An automation depends on the systems it connects, and one of them can change without warning. We build the flow to fail loudly rather than silently, and the support window covers a fix if a change on our side caused it.
A fixed price, agreed after the mapping call once we know the systems and the volume. We quote one number for the build rather than an hourly rate, so the risk of it taking longer sits with us.
Only what the flow needs, and held in your own credentials. We would rather you create scoped keys than hand over a full login, and we tell you exactly which permissions each step uses.
Then we say so on the first call. Some work is too varied or too rare to be worth wiring, and a checklist or a small form is often the better answer. We would rather tell you that than sell a flow that fights you.
The SEO & GEO AI Engine is our own product, sold by subscription at seo.neogenio.ai. This page is agency work: automations we build for you, on your accounts, run under your name.
Tell us the task,
not the tooling
Describe the work you keep repeating. In one call we will tell you whether it can run itself, what it would cost, and how long it takes.
